Who can come

It is free to attend for both you and your whānau.

Whether you are still serving or have left service, and even if you are feeling OK and don’t require support, come along and learn what is available for you and your family and whānau.

Meet with Veterans’ Affairs staff

At this forum, you can speak with staff from Veterans’ Affairs. Look out for staff wearing red lanyards or head to the Veterans’ Affairs table for VIP services, application and entitlement support, service questions or general questions about what Veterans’ Affairs can offer.

We will have case managers available to speak to. If you need to meet with one, an appointment will be made for you on the day. We want to meet with as many veterans as we can.

If you’re short on time, the best idea would be to go straight to the Veterans’ Affairs table.

What to expect

The event will have a relaxed atmosphere where you can sit down, catch up with others, and learn about support services from Veterans' Affairs and other support organisations.

Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
