From 1 April 2023, the Veterans' Pension payment rate will increase.
Any changes to your pension from 1 April will be calculated automatically.
Weekly gross rates

| Relationship rate | $439.79 |
| Relationship (partner not receiving superannuation or pension) | $834.08 |
| Relationship (partner not receiving superannuation or pension) legacy rate | $879.58 |
The weekly rates for the Veteran's Pension are shown as gross amounts, in New Zealand Dollars. The exact payment you receive will depend on your own tax circumstances.
Lump sums
