We are aware of an issue with our payment provider that meant some regular payments were not made until later in the day on Tuesday 23 January.
If you expected a payment to be made into your account on Tuesday, we are able to confirm this will still occur. It should appear in your account sometime in the afternoon or early evening.
If the funds are not in your account by Wednesday morning, please contact us.
